2 Services & Pricing
What types of projects do you take on?
We focus on small, well-scoped handyman, punch-list, make-ready, hardware, trim, caulking, fixture-swap, faucet/disposal, running-toilet, door, cabinet, and finish-detail tasks. If a project is outside that scope, requires permits, or needs a specialty trade, Scott will say so.
Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
We provide project-based quotes for most jobs, which gives you a clear understanding of the total cost upfront. For smaller repairs or projects with uncertain scope, we may charge an hourly rate. We'll always discuss pricing with you before starting any work.
How much do your services cost?
Every project is unique, so pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials needed, and complexity. We provide free quotes and will give you a clear estimate before we start. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Simply text us photos of your project or give us a call to discuss the details, and we'll provide an accurate estimate.
What if my project requires permits?
Projects that require permits or specialty trades are outside the launch scope. Scott can help identify that boundary during quoting, but those jobs should go to the appropriate licensed trade or contractor.

How quickly can you provide a quote?

We can handle it either way! We're happy to purchase materials on your behalf (included in the quote) for convenience, or you can purchase materials yourself if you prefer to select specific brands or have existing supplier relationships.
