Project Overview

Problem / before: The kitchen was being redone and needed the old cabinets, countertops, and appliances removed before new storage could be assembled and installed. The cabinets had to be level and secure so another vendor could install the quartz countertops.

Work completed: Existing cabinets, countertops, and appliances were removed. RTA cabinets purchased from Home Depot were assembled and installed, with cabinets secured to the walls using cabinet screws. The face frames were connected side to side to create a more secure cabinet run. After the countertop was installed by another vendor, the undermount sink, faucet, soap dispenser, and RO water system were added.

Result: The kitchen gained a clean, level cabinet layout that was ready for countertop installation and final fixture details.

Scope of Work

Scope Note

This project is shown as personal-project proof of cabinet installation skill. A full kitchen cabinet installation would usually be outside the normal launch scope because of the Arizona handyman exemption threshold. Current public service offers should stay focused on cabinet pulls, hinges, alignment, small drawer/slide fixes, and smaller punch-list cabinet support unless a larger project is separately reviewed.
